Harmony Affiliate ProgramTerms & Conditions
Welcome to the Harmony Affiliate Program.By registering as an affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
To join the Harmony Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate registration information, and own at least one active marketing channel. Harmony reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Approval
Submitting an application does not automatically grant affiliate status. Every application is manually reviewed by the Harmony team before approval. Harmony may request additional information if necessary before activating an affiliate account.
3. Affiliate Commission
Approved affiliates will earn a 15% commission on every eligible order generated through their unique referral link. A commission becomes valid only after the customer's order has been successfully delivered and is not cancelled, returned, or refunded.
4. Commission Payment
Commissions are reviewed and processed every 15 days.Once an affiliate becomes eligible for payment, the Harmony team will contact the affiliate directly to collect the required bank account information.Payments will only be processed after accurate payment details have been provided.
5. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates are free to promote Harmony products using any legal and ethical marketing methods, including but not limited to: Social Media Paid Advertising Websites & Blogs Email Marketing Influencer Marketing User Generated Content (UGC)Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that all promotional activities comply with local laws and the advertising policies of the platforms they use.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited: Creating fake or fraudulent orders. Purchasing products through your own referral link for commission purposes. Sending spam messages or unsolicited marketing. Publishing misleading advertisements or false information. Impersonating Harmony or claiming official representation without authorization. Manipulating commissions or referral tracking systems.Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal from the program.
7. Medical & Product Claims
Affiliates must not publish false, misleading, exaggerated, or unverified medical claims regarding Harmony products.Only information officially provided or approved by Harmony should be used when describing products.The affiliate is solely responsible for the content they publish.
8. Marketing Content Ownership & Usage
Affiliates are free to create their own original marketing content to promote Harmony products.By participating in the Harmony Affiliate Program, the affiliate grants Harmony a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and promote any marketing content created specifically for Harmony products.This includes, but is not limited to: Videos Images Advertisements Social Media Posts Reels & Shorts Articles Written Marketing ContentHarmony may use this content across its websites, social media channels, advertising campaigns, email marketing, and any promotional materials without requiring additional permission from the affiliate.
9. Intellectual Property
All Harmony logos, trademarks, product names, product images, branding materials, and official marketing assets remain the exclusive property of Harmony.Affiliates may use these materials only for the purpose of promoting Harmony products.
10. Account Suspension & Program Updates
Harmony reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any affiliate account that violates these Terms & Conditions.Harmony also reserves the right to modify the Affiliate Program, commission structure, payment process, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any future updates.
